Moroccan Chicken is a flavourful dish inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of Morocco, where spices play a central role. This dish combines tender chicken with a fragrant blend of cumin, paprika, turmeric, and cinnamon, often cooked with ingredients like dried apricots or prunes for a balance of savoury and sweet. Slow-cooked to perfection, it’s a comforting and aromatic meal.
