Packed & Shipped

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1 business day, except during a promotion period it can take an extra day.

Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

 

Authority to leave

All deliveries no longer require a signature or signature on delivery with Authority to Leave (ATL). Upon delivery, the courier will confirm and record your name to acknowledge delivery.

If you are not home and a safe place for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave it at your delivery address, so it’s ready and waiting for you. They’ll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely.

If there’s no safe place, the courier will leave a card as they normally would and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered:

  • for orders above $100.00 AUD.
  • valid to Australian Customers only.
  • apply to standard shipping within Australia only.

Standard shipping available, with expected delivery 2 to 8 business days. Please see the list below for our flat rates based on weight. These prices may differ in promotional periods:

  • 0kg-1kg  = $10.00
  • 1kg-2kg = $15.00
  • 2kg-4kg = $18.00
  • 4kg-6kg = $22.00
  • 6kg-8kg = $24.00
  • 8kg-10kg = $28.00
  • 10kg+ = $40.00
  • Orders above $70.00 AUD = Free Shipping

 

Shipping to New Zealand

Standard shipping available, with expected delivery 6 to 27 business days. Please see the list below for our flat rates based on weight. These prices may differ in promotional periods:

  • 0kg-1kg  = $25.00
  • 1kg-2kg = $38.00
  • 2kg-4kg = $55.00
  • 4kg-6kg = $75.00
  • 6kg-8kg = $90.00
  • 8kg-10kg = $110.00

 

Shipping Internationally

If you are based outside of Australia and New Zealand and would like to place an order we are happy to assist you. Call our customer Service team from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST on (+61) 428219202 or email us direct shop@spice-culture.com.au.

We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
