Mexicana Tacos Ranchos are a bold and hearty take on traditional Mexican flavours, inspired by the rustic cuisine of rural ranches. Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
600g mince beef
6 tsp Spice Culture Mexicana Cocina Blend
½ cup water
12 Taco shells
1 cup grated cheese
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce, shredded (about 1 cup)
Avocado, mashed with a squeeze of lemon
Sour cream
Salsa or taco sauce to serve
Instructions:
- In a frypan cook mince beef, draining off excess fat.
- Add 6 tsp MEXICANA COCINA BLEND and fry for 2 minutes. (add more if required)
- Add ½ cup water and cook further 5 minutes.
- Warm taco shells.
Serve with grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream and salsa.
