Serves 4 - 6
Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 bacon rashes, chopped
1 cup cheese, grated
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cups vegetables, grated or finely chopped
(ie: zucchini, carrot, cauliflower, peas, beans, celery, etc)
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 cup flour
2 tbsp Spice Culture Mumbai Curry Blend
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into an ovenproof dish (i.e. lasagne dish).
- Top with extra grated cheese.
- Cook in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with salad and some chutney.
