Salmon with Kaffir Lime Salt and Pepper is a fusion dish that blends Southeast Asian flavours with a beloved seafood favourite. Seasoned simply with salt and pepper, this dish allows the fresh ingredients to shine. Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Salmon cutlets or fillets (or fish of your choice)
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Spice Culture Siam Salt & Pepper Blend
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Thyme or Dill, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix the oil with Siam Salt and Pepper blend, lemon juice and chopped thyme or dill. Spoon mix over 4 Salmon cutlets or other fish of your choice, and allow to marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Drain the fish, reserving the marinade.
- Cook on the BBQ or pan-fry for 5-10 minutes or until just cooked, basting with the marinade.
Serve topped with fresh coriander, a wedge of lime or lemon, with a salad and a crisp white wine.
