Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
Lamb leg for roasting
2 tbsp Spice Culture East Mediterranean Spice
2 tbsp olive oil
Rosemary sprigs
3 garlic cloves unpeeled
Vegetables to roast i.e. : potato, sweet potato, carrots, pumpkin
Instructions:
- Rub leg of lamb with oil and coat with EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN SPICE.
- Preheat oven to 200deg
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes on high and lower to 180deg and roast until cooked.
- Cooking time will depend on the size of the leg of lamb.
- Add vegetables to the roasting pan allowing 1 hour of cooking time.
Serve with peas, beans, gravy.
