Barbados Blackened Fish is a vibrant dish inspired by the bold flavours of Caribbean cuisine, particularly the sunny island of Barbados. This recipe features fresh fish fillets coated in a spiced rub of paprika, thyme, garlic, and cayenne, then seared to perfection for a smoky, charred finish. Often paired with tangy mango salsa or a side of rice and beans, it’s a perfect choice for summer barbecues, casual gatherings, or light, tropical-inspired dinners that bring a taste of the Caribbean to your table.
