Spice Rub for Steaks - How to use Billabong BBQ Blend
Ingredients:
4 x fillets beef, lamb, kangaroo or chicken
2 tbsp BILLABONG BBQ BLENDD - Australian native spices for BBQ
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 large mushrooms to BBQ
Mix olive oil with garlic and spices blend, BILLABONG BBQ BLEND.
Coat steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat a BBQ or hotplate and sear steaks, then lower the heat and cook as required.
Allow steaks to rest for 5-8 minutes.
Cook mushrooms on the BBQ with a sprinkle of BILLABONG BBQ BLEND
Serve with crusty bread, green salad and beer or red wine.
